Preheat your calendar for Milwaukee’s yummiest dance event: Milwaukee Salsa’s second annual Holiday Salsa Social and Cookie Contest! Dance to the best in Latin music while enjoying lots and lots of delicious baked treats! Entry is only $5. Complimentary dance lesson starts at 8:00PM.
CONTEST GUIDELINES
If you would like to participate in the cookie contest, please bake a minimum of 3 dozen cookies for each variety you would like to enter. (3 entries maximum.) Cookies must be homemade and baked. (No no-bake cookies please.)
Three winners will selected by a panel of judges according to the following criteria:
1.) Execution – how well was is cookie crafted?
2.) Appeal – how tasty is the cookie?
3.) Creativity – how interesting or unique is the cookie? There will also be a prize for most popular cookie, to be decided by popular vote! Prizes will include a year’s worth of bragging rights, as well as some surprises we’re cookin’ up!
